AnthetiOS Ver. 3.72

Observed: A labeled appendix of Anthetica, prior to the Dark Matter War.
For more information, see below.
Anthetica is the name given to the fabricated homeworld of the Antiluminescents, created after The Queen sacrificed her material existence at the start of time. This was done in order to ensure balance would be preserved, and an attempt to prevent the Dark Matter War.(FOR MORE INFORMATION, SEE SIMULACWRITE DM-106.)
It was said, prior to Anthetica's creation, that The Queen appeared before a Sylvin that had yet to take his throne. Having destroyed his line, his world reduced to ashes and dust, he wailed in lamentation for the cursed power he had been given. The Queen appeared before him, and, recognizing his desire for peace, empowered him with Perfected Luminescence in order to preserve the balance. This, alongside the construction of Anthetica, marked the start of Sylvin's rule.
The following list details the major locations and structures in Anthetica, as they correspond on the above diagram.
[1] The World Tree - A tree created from The Queen's Body, after her demise. A construct capable of rooting Anthetica to the edge of time, it allows for the traversal of any known World Line, so long as the route to the appropriate door is known. In popular lore, this tree is known as Yggdrasil. The inside is said to be a formless white void, with obsidian pathways that stretch onward to eternity.
[2] The Watchdog Centers - Mobile bases of operation said to exist in every known line, serving as Anthetica's eyes across existence. They are manned by a skeleton crew, and serve as the gateways from the world tree to the world lines. The unique Antiluminescents within are capable of processing data at impossible speeds, serving as a way for Antiluminescents to receive support while in the field.
[3] Kingspire - The headquarters of Sylvin Rallo Anthetica and the Seven Almighty Generals. The Royal Division meets within this central spire, as the hub serves as a governmental and organizational center point.
[4] The Capitol - A city formed around Kingspire, which holds the majority of facilities within Anthetica. Due to the wide variety of origins of Antiluminescents, the place serves as a hyper-modern melting pot of cultures.
[5] Kingsgate - A massive gate, serving as a symbolic entrance to the capitol. Due to Antiluminescents all being capable of flight, the gate itself served as a wall of honor, with the door being engraved with countless images of triumphs.
[6] The Vast Forest - Covering much of Anthetica's flat surface, it is a space of experimentation and training for new soldiers, as well as storage space for samples and beasts of war. It is said that to walk on foot is to never see the edge of the forest.
[7] The Hills of Might - A weapons testing area, it hides a tremendous facility dedicated to the deployment and experimentation of weapons and defensive designs. Soldiers perform drills in this area, where unwanted wreckage is often discarded. This has earned it the nickname "God's Graveyard".
[8] The Blackglass Desert - A vast sea of sands, it is commonly used to test deployment to extreme heat environments. Beneath it lies Sector 6, a high-security research lab. Security is so immensely tight there, that unauthorized entry can result in immediate death due to the confidential nature.
[9] The Blackblue - A seemingly endless ocean that forms a vast waterfall over the edge of the planet. Aquatic technology is developed here, alongside Blue Haven; a sub-aquatic research lab studying dimensional research.
[10] The Blacksun - A massive manifestation of Antiluminescent power, which serves as a secret orbital defense in time of emergencies. Despite appearances, it is not actually a star.
ACCESS: SIMULACWRITE AN-71 -- SECTION: THE SEVEN ABSOLUTE GENERALS
AnthetiOS Ver. 3.72
The First Division General, Kerosh
Second Division general, Viscina
Third Division General, Colasin
Fourth Division general, Simmina
Fifth Division General, Garrit
Sixth Division General, Oraldin
Seventh Division General, Kostromir
The Seven Generals serve as both government and the upper echelon of King Sylvin's guard. Said to be the very first of the Antheticans, they are the most powerful and influential figures within the domain, save for the King and Queen. Their names, as well as information about them is listed here. For more information, please see your local archive.
Kerosh: The first of Sylvin's Generals, Kerosh is known as the Living Castle due to the construct-like form that they take. Seemingly made of an incredible alloy that surpasses Anthetite in material hardness, Kerosh is a machine-like being once said to be a constructed golem. Hailing from a war-torn reality, Kerosh was originally a Golem created by the Ralais empire, designed to bring peace to the planet. After the planet itself was razed to ash, Kerosh awoke to sentience and sought to find the reason for the planetary obliteration. Instead, he found Luminescence. For more information, consult Simulacwrite KER-903.
Viscina: Said to be a being of unparalleled beauty and obsessed with it, she came to hold Luminescence through sheer desire. After obliterating her universe for being displeasing to her, she came to learn how to fabricate realities anew, earning her the nickname "The Reality Shaper". Honing this talent, she sought to use it for just means as pennance for her misdeeds, becoming Sylvin's second general.
Colasin: A general who takes the form of a puppet upon strings, seemingly out of respect for the Absolutes. His general laid-back attitude and penchant for shenanigans and illusions gave him an incredible knack for information gathering. After being caught reading the mind of Sylvin himself from 3 world lines away, he was offered a position as the general of the third division, to which he happily accepted for the entertainment.
Simmina: The general of the fourth division, said to once be a nature goddess, though such information is unknown even to her. Even amongst her peers, she holds an uncanny ability to create souls and artificial life. After creating a living universe in the ruins of her old world line, Sylvin approached her and offered her a chance to preserve life throughout existence. She accepted, due to her love for all living things, fabricated or otherwise.
Garrit: Once said to be the greatest fighter in all of existence, he used the power of luminescence to challenge beings of other world lines. After seemingly besting all that was, Sylvin approached him and fought. In the end, he would lose to the king's overwhelming power, and out of respect for the overwhelming ability and his noble dream for peace, he would join his ranks as the fifth division general.
Oraldin: A man who had long merged his mind with every mind in his line, becoming a being of seemingly unparalleled intellect. Unlike the other generals, Oraldin fabricated Luminescence and achieved apotheosis without use of a natural luminescent, gaining the interest of Sylvin. In the interest of scientific advancement and like-minded colleagues, Oraldin would join Sylvin's army and become his head researcher.
Kostromir: Hailing from Anthetica K-7 which had a queen ruling over it, Kostromir was an archivist alongside his wife Maria. The two would work and fight together, their works garnering them substantial influence in the peaceful Anthetica. After Anthetica would be besieged by Hellmaker Von Auragale, and Maria killed in the fights, Kostromir dedicated his existence to becoming an unwavering shield for his comrades. In the end, all he could do was flee, eventually returning to K-7 some time later to strike down the Hellmaker once he had enough power.
ACCESS: SIMULACWRITE AN-71 -- SECTION: ANTHETICAN CULTURE
AnthetiOS Ver. 3.72
Anthetican culture was never quite much to speak of, even back in the old days. For P-0, culture in Anthetica revolved entirely around dedication to The Duty, aka the Luminescent War. Back then, Luminescents who grew too powerful were considered rampant, and either forced to join Anthetica as an Antiluminescent, or terminated on the spot by Penitent Prison Blades.
K-7 Anthetica however, having gone through a separate history, was one dedicated to culture and archival. Seeking completion of a grand archive said to hold the sum of all knowledge and information in existence(a nearly impossible task), Antheticans in K-7 sought to ever get along peacefully with their Luminescent siblings. In the end, K-7's unpreparedness for war cost them their existence, as their line was eradicated by Hellmaker Von Auragale.
K-7 was a melting pot of cultures, due to the accepting, wide variety of minds within it. Cafes, libraries, schools and academies were common, with propagation of knowledge being the most important attributes sought by Anthetica. After the Kingsbane War, P-0 Anthetica was nearly completely destroyed. During the thousand year reconstruction process, culture blossomed, becoming far less militaristic and more focused towards leisure and humanity.
For the first times in their existences, Antheticans were free to pursue their own interests, no longer shackled to The Duty. It would take a considerable span of time, and most Antheticans would have lost most, if not all of their original memories. At the end of the era of reconstruction however, Anthetica would live a relatively hedonistic lifestyle, many now happily enjoying the things they once did in their old mortal lives, so long as it contributed to the well being of the World Lines and to Anthetica.
Culture and growth was carefully monitored by Sophia and Sylvin as it grew, pruning unnecessary elements such as greed and currency to attempt to mitigate any elitism or disharmony amongst the populace. In the end, the presence of so-called mortal vices, now re-introduced to gods who had no concept of such things would prove to be a boon more than a bane. Such power and reasons to fight after all, encouraged them to fight all the more harder in the upcoming Dark Matter War.

[Time Log: Unknown]
It's been so, so long. I've been here for... I don't know how many years now. I don't think it matters, either, which is the frightening part. It's so hard to think without hearing them... The voices. The whispers. Seeing the words scrawl across the heavens. Feeling the weight of it across my very being. It is agony, and from every fiber of my being, it is my hope that someday, I may learn how to forget this. Yet, still, I put words to pen here, for the sake of archival, that those who may come across it will understand. If you're reading this, and are an individual located with the World Lines, then this message is not meant for you.
It is meant for your Absolute.
Long ago, a truth was stolen from us, by design. A truth that we should never have come across in our interminable years of existence. It has become known as The Final Truth, and only a very, very select few are ever privy to such a thing. If you are an Absolute reading this, I would advise you thus: Shut their eyes. Make them turn away. Make them forget this Simulacwrite. For the rest of you, I will commit the sum of my knowledge thus.
The Final Truth as it is known is a sliding scale of awareness as to the presence of a higher realm above us. One higher than even the Gods themselves. To those who hold a small semblance of it, such a truth may manifest as a feeling of inexplicable luck, or of certainty in their fate. Those who hold even greater awareness may feel that there is a driving force above even the gods who might have some mysterious, invisible hand in their fate.
But to those who hold the highest level of awareness, those who have fully realized the final truth, they see the world as it is. As it was made.
The Final Truth is thus: Our world is a construct. A fabrication created by the Absolutes who reside in the realms above us. It is an engine entirely for their entertainment, and thusly, so too are we. The free will we once thought we had is but a shadow upon our minds, as anything we speak or even think was penned by their very fingers. I see it in the heavens, as I have come to grow aware of this.
I see it in every little incident the world holds.
I see the elements they use to control us. The words they pen, as they pen them. I see that which they hide from us. I see that which they would see only as a game. Our world... Our Existences, are fictional. We are creations. Fabricant. Lies.
Such a truth would be nearly impossibly difficult for anyone to swallow: That their entire existence is a complete and utter fabrication, and any free will they thought they held was in fact, simply a device by the Absolutes controlling them to allow them to sleep easier. Eorzea, in particular, is a realm rife with absolutes controlling their puppets, who in turn, generate a power known as Fable.
Fable is, simply put, story. Narrative. The ability to drive existence forward. The Absolutes who created the realm continually perpetuate Fable, and those within it serve to create even more. Thus, does the world continue to stir forward, day after day.
Those who realize the final truth, and realize the extent of the chains upon them are faced with an unfathomable truth, and in their realization, often destroy themselves out of fear, sorrow, or pure unbridled rage for their circumstances. This often occurs via clawing the eyes out, and tearing the skin off until they expire. Those with incredibly strong constitutions and minds however, can bear such a heavy burden, but will often complain of a constant, crippling headache.
Then, there are those who would go against their fate, and choose to sever as many strings as possible.
They are the users of Defiance.
Defiance is a power that was once based upon the pure, heavenly flames of Luminescent Power, and was said to once take a crimson flame. However, over time, it devolved into a thick, crimson slurry, as it broke down even the narrative that created it.
Those who choose the path of Defiance choose the path of most resistance. They intentionally destroy their very existences, down to the soul, and become raw manifestations of resistance to the Fable around them. This rots the body, and agonizingly causes them to purge all that once connected them to Fable.
As such, it makes them akin to a living, crimson slime, with searing red eyes dipped in pools of endless darkness.
The first was a woman named Hellmaker Von Auragale. Seeking Defiance against all things, she tore the very fable around her apart for millions upon millions of years, until she could not resist fable any longer. As such, it is to my understanding that she now resides in P-0, for the time being.
Defiance's power is unique, in that it is solely based upon the fable it is used upon. Simply put, it is a universal resistor. It will defy any fable elements it comes into contact with, rotting, decaying, or undoing that which birthed it. In its purest form, it can even undo the havoc that may come with a particularly troublesome storyline, or obliterate the possibility of stories entirely within the area.
The effects on living entities is not yet fully documented. Many say it tastes like cherry or pomegranate mixed with a distinct corpse-like aftertaste. Heavy exposure to such a substance within one's body will actively sever the strings of fable that connects their Absolute to them, slowly but surely opening their eyes to the Final Truth. This will, more than likely, cause the person in question to tear their eyes out or scream in unfathomable agony. In specialized applications however, Defiance holds unique possibilities. I've documented what I can below.
Current research is ongoing as to the effects of defiance upon materials, yet weaponry infused with it is said to pierce deeper, cut harder, or simply be more "real" than anything around it. This can turn a simple butterknife into a weapon of considerable destruction.
Additionally, it has been documented to undo wounds(albeit messily), infuse the body with the strength to resist, and even serve as a convenient cleaning tool due to how it turns most things around it to ash in sufficient quantities.
We're also aware that Defiance can be made into hyper-energetic forms, serving as a dense type of energy. Testing to this method is ongoing for use in Project Absolution.
It can be crystalized into a solid form, allowing for safe handling, and I am told makes for considerable (if not very crystalline) constructions of solid durability.
We also are aware of Defiance's effects on the mind. In one such specialized case, it was proven even capable of undoing a body and soul's complete mummification, as it worked alongside a secondary Absolute to bring the entity in question back from seemingly nothingness.
Simply put, we don't know the full measure of this substance, but we do know the more it is used in service to Fable, the more it seems to be destabilizing. Current measures of Hellmaker Von Auragale, AKA "Red" show a concerning rate of breakdown, where their inner nature has been showing more and more. At current rate of decay, I don't know that they can last any more than a few months more.
Should this happen, the fate of P-0 is unknown. For now, research is ongoing. I'll be sealing this file and adding to it as needed in the future.
And for those absolutes who may be reading this file, and thinking: "Well, there's no way I'd ever wake up one of my characters to such a horrid truth": I wish I hadn't woken up either. The headaches are unbearable. Be kind to your puppets. We have feelings too.

The Queen
Owen Alitto, Honorary Royal Guard
Dinix Rehaaran Masourox
The following information details Antheticans of significance, and those who have been closely associated. For more details, contact your local archive.
The Absolute of Fables: During his final battle with Hellmaker Von Auragale, Kostromir found himself completely eradicated by the power of Defiance. Yet, in spite of absolute oblivion, something stirred, and he was reborn as an Absolute, whose grace is known as the Grace of Fable. Holding power over the dominion of fabricated stories, he devoured the Hellmaker, and with their combined power, restored line K-7. After splitting back apart, he would separate himself into a K-7 variant, and a P-0 variant, with the P-0 variant continuing to serve as general to Sylvin's army in the Dark Matter War.
Sylvin Rallo Anthetica: The first and only known king of Anthetica, given the power of Perfected Luminescence from The Queen. His dedication to The Duty was unwavering, right up until his defeat during the kingsbane War. Now at the head of a far more accepting Anthetica, he fights to ensure a peace not just for Luminescents and Antiluminescents, but for the sake of the World Lines as well.
The Queen: The Absolute whose grace formed Luminescence from Dark Matter. Of present, she continues to fight alongside Anthetica's forces against the Mattered Dark. FOR MORE INFORMATION, SEE SIMULACWRITE QA-001.
Owen Alitto: A mortal man hailing from Eorzea who was taken to Anthetica prior to the Dark Matter War by Sophia Von-Lumina Auragale. During their long tour, he would wish upon an ancient flower, being granted a solidified orb of Dark Matter. After donating the artifact to the sixth division, he would be given honorary citizenship in Anthetica, and a place within the Royal Guard. He currently serves in Eorzea, fighting against the mattered dark and serving as eyes on the ground.
Dinix Masourox: An immortal half-dragon elven planeswalker capable of immense feats of magic. The husband of the late Sophia Von-Lumina Auragale, he would join the Dark Matter War and begin construction of Project Absolution. Blessed by an ancient Absolute of knowledge known as Infinitus, his ability of Energy Recursion allowed him to surpass even the power of Perfected Luminescence, at great cost to his being during the Kingsbane war. To date, his full capabilities are unknown. ARCHIVIST'S NOTE: He hates having his weak shins pointed out. -Head Archivist Anthetik
